Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has called for an immediate and transparent investigation into the death of TikTok personality Milly wa Doc, whose recent passing has left Kenyans reeling with grief and concern.

In a statement posted on her official X page on June 4, 2025, Passaris expressed heartfelt condolences to Milly’s family, especially her children, and acknowledged the impact the late content creator had on her vast online following.

“I am deeply disheartened by the tragic passing of Milly wa Doc,” she wrote. “My heartfelt condolences go out to her children, family, and the fans who drew strength from her candid and courageous voice.”

Passaris further urged the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor to conduct a thorough, independent probe into the circumstances surrounding Milly’s untimely death.

“Her untimely death raises serious concerns,” she noted. “I call upon @DCI_Kenya to conduct a thorough and transparent probe. Dr. Johansen Oduor should be urgently involved.”

Online, the news has sparked intense speculation and a renewed demand for justice, especially in light of serious allegations Milly made against her estranged partner, a clinical officer known publicly as Odeke, or simply “Doc.”

In several widely viewed TikTok videos posted before her death, Milly accused Doc of medical malpractice and unethical conduct, including filming unconscious female patients, failing to complete surgical procedures, and even possessing child pornography. While these allegations remain unverified, Passaris has demanded they be formally investigated.

“I urge the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (@KmpdcOfficial) to investigate the online allegations circulating against her partner,” Passaris stated. “These allegations speak to possible abuse of office and failure in duty of care, matters that demand immediate attention.”

One of Milly’s most chilling claims involved a case in which a woman underwent a family planning operation that was allegedly never completed.

“There’s a woman who underwent surgery at Valley Hospital,” Milly said in a video. “He told me he never removed the implant. That patient was never informed.”

She also alleged Doc filmed a woman of Arab descent under anaesthesia as she spoke unconsciously about her husband.

“If you’re an Arab woman and had surgery at Valley Hospital, he has a video of you talking while unconscious,” Milly claimed. “He recorded you saying what your husband does to you.”

The viral videos also included disturbing mentions of child pornography allegedly found on Doc’s phone, further escalating public demand for a probe.

Though the full details behind Milly’s death remain unclear, Passaris stressed the need for a transparent investigation that holds all parties accountable.

“No stone must be left unturned,” the legislator said. “Kenya must stand for truth, justice, and the protection of women.”
